If you work or volunteer in health and care – in research, the NHS system, local authorities or the community – come along to our Conference to find out about how we can work together to put evidence, improvement and equity at the heart of health and care in our region.
We will be examining work that our partnership and Health Integration Teams have been involved with, celebrating the successes and explore the challenges of delivering meaningful change across our system.
This year, we will be welcoming guests from other clinical-academic partnerships, nationally and internationally, who are inspired by what’s happening here in the South West and want to share their perspectives and collaborate with us.
The day includes lunch and dedicated networking sessions. A Conference programme will be released shortly.
