A Life After Stroke session

Chris Howland-Harris has over 35 years of experience as a community pharmacist and has also worked as a prescriber holding Cardiovascular Clinics in GP surgeries. He has been accredited as a Fellow of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society and awarded Public Health Pharmacist of the Year for his prescribing support to Bristol City Council Public Health Team.

Chris will be explaining what a stroke means to the body and the purpose of the many drugs prescribed following a diagnosis of stroke. He will also outline the recent new services available from community pharmacy throughout England, and why you never need go without your medication.
