The Eating Disorders Health Integration Team (EDHIT) conference will be a great opportunity to hear about research projects that aim to reduce the incidence of eating disorders; and to improve the experience of children and young people who use eating disorder care services. Presentations will include consideration of gender norms and body image. We will also look at ways to improve primary care services for children and young people and the transition between children’s and adult services.
This half-day conference will be of particular interest to people with eating disorders and their families, professionals working with people with eating disorders and those studying mental health.
