The CONfidence app provides self-help advice and information for people with bladder and bowel leakage, and carers and parents of children with symptoms.

Download resources by clicking on the links below. You can use these to print flyers and business cards for your clinical service, community settings or groups such as libraries, or online community networks.

You can also use these resources to promote the app digitally and reach more people who might find the app helpful. The more ways we can spread the word, the more people are likely to benefit.
