Leading experts in alcohol and substance use in Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire are involved in the team.

The HIT leadership group is made up of five Directors

• HIT director Dr Tom May, Research Fellow, University of Bristol
• HIT director Emma Griffith, Consultant Clinical Psychologist, Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership
• HIT director Julie Northcott, Deputy Director of Public Health, Bristol City Council
• A lived experience peer Director.
