Dementia Care Inspiring Leader award for Lesley Hobbs

Lesely Hobbs, Manager at Deerhurst care home in Soundwell, Bristol has won the Dementia Care Inspiring Leader award at the seventh National Dementia Care Awards 2016.

Lesley has been organising for her residents to attend dementia-friendly swimming sessions.
