Dementia HIT runs attitudes to dementia survey

The Dementia Health Integration Team (HIT) is running an attitudes to dementia survey throughout October.

The online questionnaire, open to everyone, will be used to record attitudes to dementia in Bristol and beyond.

The Dementia HIT is working to improve the quality of life for patients and families affected by dementia and enhance awareness of dementia, to help develop dementia friendly communities. The survey will be repeated over time to gauge how things are changing.
