Enter your photo for our Stroke HIT launch exhibition on 15 November

As part of the Stroke Health Integration Team (HIT) launch on 15 November, we’re running a photo exhibition on the themes of ‘What makes me smile’ and ‘What helps my recovery’.

We’d like people affected by stroke to send in photos of what makes you smile and has helped during recovery.

It could be a special place, people or things that have inspired you.
