The Adversity and Trauma Health Integration Team (HIT) is delighted to appoint Hazel Renouf as its new co-director.

Hazel is a Social Worker, Practice Educator and coach with over 11 years of experience working in the voluntary sector supporting people experiencing multiple disadvantage. She leads on the Trauma-Informed Systems Programme, hosted by the Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire Integrated Care Board (BNSSG ICB), which aims to promote trauma-informed systems change across all sectors, professions and areas of work, including our region’s Integrated Care System.

She says:

“I really value this opportunity to strengthen and develop the shared aims of both the HIT and the Trauma Informed Systems Programme, to support the integration of evidence into practice and to champion what we are doing collectively in BNSSG, at local, regional and national level.”
