Improving Care in Self-Harm HIT Director Salena Williams appeared on Radio 4’s Woman’s Hour on 29 November, talking about her work on improving the experience of self-harm patients in A&E. Salena’s interview is 23 minutes into the programme.

Her appearance was part of a discussion on the recently released research which reveals varying levels of quality of care for self-harm patients in Emergency Departments across Britain (Cooper et al, 2013, BMJ).
