The work of the Improving Care in Self-Harm Health Integration Team (STITCH HIT) was presented in a poster at the International Forum on Quality and Safety in Healthcare conference in Singapore on 26-28 September. The poster was from the Zero Suicide Collaborative in South West England, of which STITCH is a member.

Their work on reducing prescription
medication that’s lethal in overdose was part of the poster.
